• Dura palm - shell thickness 2 to 8 mm, mesocarp 30 to 65%
• Tenera palm - shell thickness 0.5 to 3 mm, mesocarp 60 to 99%
• Pisifera palm - has a kernel but no shell

Operation Limit ;

• Gas Temperature - < 30C
• Inlet Gas Pressure - 60 mbar to 100 mbar
• Water & Oil Temperature - 60C to 75C
• Before Oil Pressure - 6 bar to 7 bar
• After Oil Pressure - 6 bar to 7 bar
• Turbo Oil Pressure - 3 bar to 4 bar
• Oil Differential Pressure - 1.2 bar
• Idle Running - 700 rpm
• Rated Speed - 1000 rpm
• Cylinder Temperature - 240C to 320C
• Exhaust Temperature - 530C to 600C

Biogas Contains ;

1. Methane (CH4) - > 55%
2. Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) - < 200 ppm
3. Carbon Dioxide - 35% to 45%
4. Oxygen (O2) - 0% to 5%
