The Great Boss

"The great boss treats everyone with fairness regardless of politics. He/she communicates, keeps an open door policy, and encourages others to follow suit. He/she leads by example, provides superior training, and a positive work environment. He/she has vision, is not afraid, and does not scream. He/she coaches his/her staff, and when employees leave, they will talk about him/her for years to come."
