OIL PURIFIER
Technical Specifications for Alfa Laval, PAPX 307, Oil Purifier ;
- Time -controlled auto-cleaning purifier c/w TEFC 415V 50Hz motor and all necessary control valves, flexible stainless steel hoses, etc. Purified oil discharge from purifier shall be under pressure, and be able to deliver against a minimum of 20 meter head.
- Capacity of 8.0 tonnes purified palm oil per hour, measured over a continuous six (6) hours operation, with raw influent at 1.0% moisture maximum, dirt 0.25% maximum and purified oil output of quality < 0.50% moisture maximum, 0.01% dirt maximum.
- Auto cleaning / Flushing system : Equipped with full control cabinet completed with transformer and actuator valves for operating and sealing water. All operating valves for time-based system shall be electrically actuated, not pneumatic.
- All parts in contact with palm oil shall be of complete stainless steel material. All other parts are to be of other corrosion resistant material. Materials with copper or brass based shall be rejected.
