- Review your goals daily. Start each day by reading your goals out loud.
- Be flexible and ask yourself if you find that a goal is inappropriate for any reason and consider revisiting it.
- Place reminders of your goal in conspicuous places. Write each goal on a card and place these cards on your mirror, your desk and other easy to reach places.
- Use autosuggestions (positive self-talk).
- During quiet times or meditation, visualise yourself accomplishing your goals. Capture the feelings that will accompany the successful realisation of your goals.
- Refuse to allow negative influences to dampen your burning desire to achieve your goals.
- Establish a Master Mind Alliance that will provide you encouragement and to who you can become accountable.
