ADAPTING TO CHANGE PROACTIVELY

  1. Analyse external forces of change and assess the implications
  2. Assess strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT)
  3. Determine specific area of change needed from the company
  4. Develop change action plans with specific change initiatives to lead change
  5. Monitor progress and continue improvement process until results are achieved
